This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States (50 states and Washington DC, excluding U.S. territories).

All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining tracked delivery and U.S.-based customer support.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 18:00 (MST) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required.

All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. No additional shipping, packaging, or processing fees will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders are as follows:

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Shipping (transit) time: 5–8 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.

5. Carrier Services

U.S. deliveries are primarily handled by USPS or an equivalent trusted national courier.

All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after dispatch.

You can track your order at any time using the “Track Your Order” page in the footer of our website.

7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
